Expert Leak Detection & Repair

A leaking pool causes significant damage. Water loss, wasted chemicals, and potential structural damage accumulate quickly. Our professional leak detection service finds the problem and fixes it before serious issues develop.

A typical residential pool losing just 1/4 inch of water daily wastes over 1,000 gallons per month. This leads to chemical imbalances, higher utility costs, and damage to your pool structure.

We use professional-grade leak detection equipment and techniques to pinpoint leaks accurately. Whether it's a vinyl liner tear, crack in the shell, or underground plumbing issue, we find it.

Our technicians have repaired hundreds of leaks throughout Broward County. We understand pool structures, equipment, and the local water conditions. We get it right the first time.

Call us for professional leak detection and repair before small leaks become major problems.

How We Find Your Pool Leak

1

Visual Inspection

We visually inspect the pool shell, deck, plumbing, and equipment for visible cracks, tears, and damage.

2

Dye Testing

We use colored dye to trace water movement and pinpoint exactly where water is escaping.

3

Pressure Testing

For underground leaks, we pressure-test lines to find breaks and pinhole leaks accurately.

Most Common Leak Source

The #1 Source of Pool Leaks: Your Skimmer

It's the question we hear most from homeowners — and the answer is almost always the same. The skimmer is where the majority of pool leaks happen.

Your skimmer is a plastic housing set into a concrete pool shell — two materials that expand, contract, and settle at different rates. Over the years, Florida's shifting soil and constant water chemistry work that bond loose, and a hairline crack opens up right where the plastic skimmer meets the concrete. That's all it takes to lose hundreds of gallons a week.

The tell-tale sign: your water drops until it reaches the bottom of the skimmer mouth and then stops. You may also notice damp or sinking soil in the deck right behind the skimmer. Because the leak sits at the waterline, it often hides in plain sight.

The good news — skimmer leaks are one of the most fixable problems we handle, and in most cases we repair them without draining your entire pool. We pinpoint the exact crack, seal the skimmer-to-shell joint, and stop the water loss for good.

  • 1Skimmer throat — cracks where the neck meets the pool wall.
  • 2Concrete joint — separation between the plastic skimmer and the concrete shell.
  • 3Faceplate gasket — worn seals around the skimmer faceplate.
